How to buy on Zentbuy
Zentbuy buys the item from the seller in China, checks it at its warehouse and ships it to you. It takes 4 steps.

Step 2: Pay for it
- In your cart, tick the item you want to pay for.
- Tick the terms box on the confirmation screen.
- Pay. Zentbuy orders it from the seller, and it usually reaches Zentbuy's warehouse in 3 to 10 days.
Step 3: Ship it home
- Once your items show as arrived in your warehouse, pick the ones to send.
- Tap Submit to turn them into one parcel.
- Add your address, pick a shipping line and pay for shipping.
Step 4: Track it
- When your parcel ships, its tracking number is under Parcels in Zentbuy.
- Tap the number to follow it there.
- A universal parcel tracker often updates faster than Zentbuy does.
Buying questions
Yes. Paste its Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or Tmall link into Convert a link and you'll get the Zentbuy link for it.
Not once you've paid. You'd have to cancel and order again, so check the options before you pay.
Start with the default line. For heavy parcels, the economy and sea lines cost less but take longer. Zentbuy shows an estimate for each line before you pay.
Usually 3 to 10 days for the seller to get it to the warehouse, then 7 to 20 days of shipping, depending on the line and where you live.
If the seller doesn't ship in time, Zentbuy can refund you or order it again. Message their support with your order number.
